Here in the Arts at Alfriston College, we strive to give learners authentic opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities.
Dance
We have an AC Dance Crew that competes in dance competitions throughout the year, that constantly achieve success. Our Dance Learning Leaders seek opportunities for learners to collaborate with local talent.
Music
The Music department has created many successful bands over the years and are always on the lookout for learners to form more. Crown is one of these bands, they have seen success in regional and national competitions such as Rockquest and Tangata Beats.
Visual Arts
Learners who take Visual Art have the opportunity to exhibit their work in local exhibitions and at school.
Annual Showcase
We also have our annual AC Showcase where learners present their learning in Dance, Music and Visual Art to the community.
